Q. What will Physician Call Service do for me?

Increase your sales calls -Physician Call Service gives you the ability to have a set appointment every time you call on an office.

Appointments for hard to see offices - Physician Call Service helps clinics coordinate times with representatives in offices that were hard to visit in the past.

Never a wasted trip - With Physician Call Service you know that once you chose a time you have a set appointment.

Q. What is the cost to me?

Our Scheduler is an annual subscription service for $125. With the subscription, you will have unlimited access to make multiple appointments for ALL the clinics that you use the system on.

Q. How do I get started?

Go to the sign-up form, and then start the process by filling out the information form, ensuring accuracy of all information. This will be the information used by the clinics to contact you. You can then determine the medical office you would like to visit, select an available appointment, and provide the clinic with the details of your visit. Physician Call Service will then send you an e-mail confirming your selected appointment. The clinic will also receive a fax or e-mail the Monday before your visit letting them know of your scheduled time. If for any reason you need to cancel, you can do so by re-clicking on your set time.

Q. What happens after the 30 day FREE trial?

Once you have experienced all the features and benefits of our system, you can upgrade your account to fit your needs! After the 30-day FREE trial, you will be charged $125 for the annual service. If you do not have a credit card on file, then your account will be suspended. You can re-active your account by logging in and submitting a credit card.

Q. What is a detailed appointment?

A detailed appointment is one that allows the representative increased time with a clinic without doing a lunch. Both the lunches and the detailed appointments are viewed the same by the Scheduler, only allowing one lunch OR one detailed appointment at a time with each clinic.
